Scalloped Corn 08 Nov 11

1 can cream style corn
1 cup milk
1 well-beaten eg
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 cup minced onion
3/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper

Topping:
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in egg. Add 1 cup crumbs, onion and seasonings. Mix well. Pour into greased pan. Melt butter and pour on 1/2 cup crumbs. Sprinkle buttered crumbs over corn. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
