Charges are pending against the driver of a feed truck that hit a car near Lucan earlier this week. The crash occurred at 10:15am on Tuesday at the intersection of Redwood County Road 10 and 270th Street in Granite Rock Township. 55-year-old Myron Schulte of Amiret failed to yield the right-of-way in his 1990 International feed truck and hit a Pontiac Bonneville driven by 27-year-old Kayla Kramer of Vesta. Kramer and a 17-month-old child in her vehicle were taken to the Marshall Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Her vehicle was totaled. Schulte was not hurt, and the truck took moderate damage.
