Earthquake Cake 16 Nov 11

1 pkg German chocolate cake
1 cup nuts
1 cup flaked coconut
1 stick butter
1 – 8oz pkg cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar

Spray a 9×13 inch glass cake pan. Mix cake as directed on package and spread over coconut and nuts. Melt 1 stick of butter with package of cream cheese; then add 2 cups powdered sugar. Mix well and spread over cake. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Very good served with caramel sauce.
