3 cups cranberries, cut in half
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup heavy cream
1 small instant vanilla pudding
1 cup milk
8oz Cool Whip
Put the cut up cranberries in a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Mix the sugar, cornstarch and heavy cream together and pour mixture over the cranberries. Bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Cool. When cool, mix the pudding with milk and pour over the pie and top with Cool Whip and refrigerate. Best if made a couple days ahead of serving.
