Study Finds Flu Shots Not That Effective 26 Oct 11

Annual flu shots only work on a little over half of the people that take them. A new study out of the University of Minnesota finds flu vaccines are a lot less effective than researchers previously thought, and they may have had hardly any effect at all during some flu seasons. Researchers do say that flu shots are a much better alternative than none at all, and hope the study leads to better generations of vaccines.
