The Minnesota State Patrol was called to investigate a three-vehicle accident this (Friday) morning on Highway 7 and Babcock Avenue in McLeod County. According to the state patrol, a 1998 Chevy Blazer driven by 19-year-old Devin Zitzloff of Cokato was southbound on Babcock Avenue when he entered the intersection and was struck by a westbound Honda Odessey Van driven by Leah Plath of Chanhassen. The Blazer rolled into the eastbound traffic lane and was struck by a 1994 Dodge Ram pickup driven by 35-year-old Christopher Schroeder of Hector. Zitzloff was taken to North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale with undocumented injuries. Plath and four passengers, 12-year-old Dailia, 11-year-old Cade, 8-year-old Bella and 6-year-old Amaya Plath all of Chanhassen were taken to Waconia Hospital. Schroeder was taken to Hutchinson Hospital. Condition and injury reports are not available at this time.
