2–1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
Mix together and pat into 9×13 inch pan.
Melt in double boiler:
2 – 10oz pkgs miniature marshmallow
2/3 cup milk
2-1/2 cups pumpkin pie mix
Add pumpkin pie spice to taste. Stir until smooth.
Let cool 1 hour. Then fold in 1 container of Cool Whip. Pour into graham cracker pan. Refrigerate until set. Add Cool Whip to top before serving.
