Pumpkin Crisp 17 Oct 11

1 large can pumpkin mix
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped nuts
2 sticks butter, melted

Line a 9×13 inch pan with wax paper. Mix pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs and cinnamon together. Pour into pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mix. Melt butter and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. After it is baked, turn pan over and take off wax paper immediately.

Icing:
1 pkg cream cheese
3/4 cup Cool Whip
1-1/4 cups powdered sugar

Mix and frost pumpkin crisp when cooled off.
