Pumpkin Cobbler 25 Oct 11

1 large can pumpkin
1 cup brown sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1 yellow cake mix
1-1/2 sticks butter

Mix together pumpkin, brown sugar, evaporated milk, eggs, ginger and salt. Pout into a greased 9×13 inch pan. Then sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin. Melt butter and drizzle over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
