A Hutchinson man is charged with murder in the death of a Little Falls man early Monday morning. Thirty-five-year-old Jason Dominguez has been charged with 2nd-degree intentional murder in the death of 30-year-old Dustin Brown, who was shot seven times. Investigators say the two got into an argument earlier in the day over drugs and money, and Dominguez was reportedly pressuring Brown to do something drug related and he didn’t want to be a part of it. On the day of the killing, Dominguez’ girlfriend is said to have brought him back to the area where Brown lived, and picked him up after the shooting. The girlfriend told police Dominguez admitted to her that he shot Brown seven times. He also allegedly showed her the shell casings.
