Former Pastor Guilty Of Criminal Sexual Conduct 29 Oct 11

A former pastor from rural Gibbon was found guilty of criminal sexual conduct on Friday. 52-year-old David Radtke was accused of inappropriately touching a 16-year-old foreign exchange student. He was charged with 2 counts of 3rd-degree criminal sexual conduct after a late-night massage with the student staying in his home aturned into sexual touching this past May. The jury began deliberating late Friday morning following 2 days of testimony which included the Spanish teen, who returned to the US for the trial. It took the jury about 4 hours to find Radtke guilty. He now faces up to 15 years in prison. Sentencing is set for January 20th.
