Tex-Mex Chicken 30 Sep 11

5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
10oz can tomatoes with chiles
corn chips
garnish: shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, black olives, diced tomatoes

Place chicken in a slow cooker. Stir together soups and tomatoes; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low setting for 8-10 hours. Spoon over corn chips and garnish.
