The manager of the Subway sandwich shop in St. James faces felony theft charges over allegations that she stole more than $6,000 from the store. 29-year-old Erin Louise Tierney is accused of failing to make the store’s deposits over the course of 8 days in late August. When confronted by the store’s general manager, Tierney reportedly confessed to the crime, and said she was working to repay the $6,014. She also admitted that she had been stealing money from the store for around 10 months. She was released from custody after posting a bond.
