1 tsp cilantro
4-1/2 to 5 cups tomatoes (scalded, peeled and diced)
2-1/2 cups green peppers
2 hot peppers
1/2 cup diced onion
1-1/2 tsp salt
6oz tomato paste
5 chopped garlic cloves
1 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Mix together and simmer until it thickens. Makes 4 quarts.
