That’s the prediction from the Old Farmers Almanac, which says most of the winter will be above average in temperature with the exception of February, which the Almanac predicts will be eight-degrees below average. The just-released 2012 Old Farmers Almanac is now in its 220th year of predicting the weather. It claims an 82% accuracy rate.
