A New Ulm woman was injured in a motorcycle accident near Gibbon on Monday. Ashley Groebner was driving a 1973 Yamaha motorcycle on Sibley County Road 2 about 4 miles south of Gibbon when she lost control of the cycle at just before 5pm. The bike left the road and crashed in a ditch near the Clear Lake public water access. Groebner was taken to the New Ulm Medical Center with a broken wrist, and has since been released. She was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
