Line 9×13 inch pan with graham crackers.
Spread over graham crackers:
1 – 12oz pkg chocolate chips
1 – 12oz can mixed nuts
In saucepan combine:
1-1/4 cups butter
1-1/4 cups brown sugar
2 T white corn syrup
Boil, stirring constantly, about 1 minute. Pour over ingredients in pan and refrigerate for 2 hours.
