A hearing on a motion to suppress statements a former rural Gibbon pastor made to police will be held Thursday. David Radtke was arrested in Dodge County, Wisconsin and charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct as well as interception of electronic communications and harassment stalking. Radtke is accused of touching a 16-year-old foreign exchange student inappropriately while she lived in his home. Radtke’s jury trial is scheduled for October 25th.
