Cream Cheese Pinwheels 08 Sep 11

10 large flour tortillas
2 tablespoons pimentos, finely chopped
2 boxes cream cheese
1 pkg ranch dressing
1 cup pitted black olives, finely chopped
2 tablespoons jalapenos, finely chopped

Soften cream cheese and mix in the powdered ranch dressing. Add the pimentos, black olives and jalapenos. Spread evenly over the flour tortillas using a spatula. Roll tightly. Cover and chill for about 1 hour. Slice into pinwheels.
