A 19-year-old MSU-Mankato student has been charged with 5 counts of 1st-degree murder.
A grand jury in Blue Earth County returned the indictment against Chris Tillman of Golden Valley on Thursday for the fatal stabbing of a fellow MSU student on July 8th.
Prosecutors say Josselyn Bishop of Henderson had broken off a relationship with Tillman, and he killed her during an argument after she told him she was seeing someone else.
A truck driver spotted Bishop lying in a median just northeast of Mankato. Tillman was charged earlier with second-degree murder. He’ll appear in court soon on the new charges.
