The Department of Defense says the bodies and remains of the 30 troops killed in last week’s attack in Afghanistan will be returned to American soil tomorrow. Twenty-four-year old Nick Spehar of Chisago City was among those who died when their chopper was shot down. Spehar was a Navy SEAL who graduated in 2005 from Chisago Lakes High School, where he played football, baseball and was on the swim team. Services are still pending.
